In summer, we enjoyed the swimming pool with my kids.

Please BEWARE if you are looking to book an event here! My sister and I planned an event here for my mom’s 70th birthday. Throughout the process we coordinated with Angelina Muro, Community Relations Coordinator. Where do I even begin? Angelina provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was entirely unaccommodating and spoke rudely to us when we showed up the day of for set up. The worst part though - she waited until the DAY OF THE EVENT to notify us that she had cancelled the reservation! This was due to not receiving the insurance policy 2 weeks before. We accept fault for that part, but my problem is that we had been coordinating event details with her in the weeks leading up to the party, yet she decided not to notify us of the cancellation until hours before the event started. She emailed us saying she left a voicemail for my sister earlier that day (as if we aren’t busy the day of) to notify us of the cancellation. This was so unprofessional. Also, if she couldn’t reach my sister, why not try calling me? She had my contact info. She didn’t even bother because she doesn’t care enough to. We mostly communicated via email, so I’m also upset that she didn’t
